WATCH: Driver survives this brutal crash caught on camera

I don't know that I believe in guardian angels, but I bet this guy does. In Pennsville on March 18th a driver lost control of his van and ends up taking out a utility pole and rolling his vehicle. A homeowner across the street realized after the fact that his home security cameras caught the entire accident.

Pennsville Police Chief Allen J. Cummings says he thinks the only reason this driver survived is that he was wearing his seat belt.

"It only takes approximately two seconds to buckle up and I believe if this driver wasn't wearing his seat belt he could have easily been ejected and this accident could have been fatal," Cummings told NJ.com. Once he found out the homeowner had this video, he posted it on the Pennsville Police Facebook page to remind people how important it can be to wear a restraint.
