High temperatures yesterday reached the low 80s, as expected.  81 in Trenton was on the money, but it got a shade warmer than I had predicted.  I predicted 76 to 81, it got up to 82 in Newark and 83 at the airport in Atlantic City.  The normal high is 62 or 63, so we were almost 20 degrees above the normal high.

Today will be noticeably cooler with some variable clouds around, and highs from 65 to 70, but cooler than that along the coast.  There's just the chance of a shower late in far South Jersey.

Tonight, there's the statewide chance of a few passing showers possible with lows in the mid 40s to low 50s along the south coast.

Clouds will be breaking for some sunshine Thursday with highs again 65 to 70, but cooler again along the coast.

Clouds and some sunshine Friday with highs in the low 70s, still cooler near the ocean, though.

Most of Saturday, we just may be able to squeeze in, but some beneficial rains may be on the way for Saturday night or Sunday into the end of the weekend.
