
Three Police Officers Injured In Seaside Accident
Three police officers were seriously hurt when they fell off a military transport truck leaving the area of the boardwalk fire in Seaside Heights.

Governor Chris Christie during a press conference said that the officers sustained head injuries but did not give any other details. WCAU TV reports that the incident took place at 9:30 a.m. at O Street and Ocean Avenue
Two of the officers were were flown to a hospital via medical helicopter according to Jersey Shore Hurricane News.
The two men and a woman were sitting on a bench that came loose dropping the officers onto the street after working all night to secure the area of the fire.
