Well, it finally happened. The perfect music moment. One of my all-time favorites, Bruce Springsteen performing with another one of my all-time favorites, The Rolling Stones in Newark on Saturday. What could have possibly made it better?
I had looked forward to the 121212 concert since it was announced about a month ago. The lineup got better by the day and the money raised for Sandy victims reached $30 million before the first act even took the stage. This event definitely lived up to the hype.
Today, the Rolling Stones announced on Facebook that Bruce Springsteen, Lady Gaga and the Black Keys will be performing with them this weekend when they play at the Prudential center in Newark.
As if it wasn't good enough that the Rolling Stones announced they'll be performing at the Prudential Center in Newark this December, the historic rock band has released a brand new song from their upcoming album due out on November 12th.
