According to a recent release from Gas Buddy, the prediction is for a yearly decline in the national average price of gas for the second year in a row.
This year, prices are about twenty-four cents a gallon higher than they were last year at this time. According to AAA, the current nationwide average price of gas is $3.87 per gallon. Here in New Jersey, the statewide average is $3.75 per gallon.
For some unknown reason, New Jersey remains adamant about not letting us simply put a credit card into the pump and fill our own tanks like all the other states get to do.
