Strange Siri mystery

iPhone users are stumbling across a strange Siri response when they ask her to "charge my phone 100%." On both iOS 8 and iOS 9 this command will result in Siri calling 911. Apple isn't saying much, so right now it's unclear if this is some bizarre software glitch or if this is an ingenious secret way to call 911 without letting the other person in the room know that you're doing it.
