High temperatures yesterday reached about 82 almost everywhere.  The exception is Mount Holly's 82.

Normally, we should be as warm as 85 or 86, so we were shade below that.

Today, with the threat of a few passing showers and a thunderstorm around anytime, but not all the time, we'll have a few highs in the low to maybe mid 80s this afternoon.  Some 70s, though, with a wind off the ocean at the beaches and along the coast.

Any evening showers will be ending, then we expect some clearing overnight.  Lows will be in the low 60s, but lower 70s in the big cities and along the shore.

Partly sunny and rather humid tomorrow with just the slight chance of a shower.  High Thursday near 90, but cooler again tomorrow near the water.

Some sunshine, hot and humid Friday with temps in the low to middle 90s.  Actually, some of the guidance has upper 90s, but I didn't quite buy into that just yet.  It'll be in the 80s Friday at the beaches.

Probably most of the weekend will be okay.  There may be a shower or a thunderstorm threat, more on Sunday than on Saturday.
