Trevelise asks: Should more NJ schools have homework clubs? (Vote)

If you’ve got grade school kids you know how tough homework can be. Especially when you’re usually the one doing it after the frustration subsides.

Personally I don’t think kids should have homework and I’ve voiced that opinion many times on my show. But Roosevelt Public School has come up wit the perfect solution/ The “Homework Club”

The Club meets for an hour each Monday and Thursday and staffs up to three teachers depending on how many students sign up to facilitate their homework. What I love about this is that if the teachers are going to assign the homework, then let them help the students do it instead of the parents who have enough on their plate trying to put food on the kids.
