This past weekend worked out reasonably well temperature-wise.

I predicted mid to upper 80s for Saturday, and that's what happened.  I predicted low to middle 80s for Sunday, and that happened with exception.  Newark managed, somehow, to get to 88 degrees yesterday afternoon.  The normal high is 83 or 84, so we were near to slightly above normal. yesterday.

The problem with today is how much, if any, showers are we going to have.  We are certainly going to have the threat of some around at anytime, maybe a passing thunderstorm possibly, as well.  High temperatures today will probably be no better than the low 80s or so.  Some of the Guidance, one particular model, has it up to 87 for Atlantic City.  I don't think that is going to quite make it, but we'll see.  With more clouds than sun, we are probably looking at low 80s just about everywhere.  The wind should probably hold off any sea breeze at the beaches.

We look for some clearing skies tonight with temperatures in the 50s and 60s.

A mix of clouds and sunshine tomorrow with temperatures around 80 or upper 70s with the slightest chance of a shower in the northeastern counties.

Wednesday from here looks just fine with temperatures back in the low to middle 80s and sunshine.
