Rider University's commencement announced plans to move its commencement ceremony indoors because of expected showers on Friday morning.

UPDATE: But later in the morning, the school reversed those plans, announcing commencement would be outdoors after all.

Drivers can expect delays on Friday morning on Route 206, which passes in front of the college, as well as exiting from Route 95.

"Leave yourself plenty of time to get through there. Every year there's big delays the morning of Rider's commencement," New Jersey Fast Traffic's Jill Myra said.

Rider's Class of 2016 includes more than 800 undergraduates from 24 states and 10 countries, including China, France, India, Italy and Vietnam.

Meteorologist Dan Zarrow said Friday morning will be cloudy with the chance of showers in the morning. Heavier rain could fall on Friday afternoon as a cold front sweeps through the state.
