Retail Employees or Customers – Who is Worse? [POLL]

For many people, shopping can be a nightmare. For the employees who work in the stores, the customers can be equally as annoying.

Dennis and Judi had callers dial in to share their crazy retail stories. Some of the things they had to say were unbelievable! Callers shared everything from people returning old used items to stores, to kids using the bathroom in toilets that weren't connected!

Who do you think is worse--the customers who can be demanding, or just plain crazy, or the employees who sometimes are moody and impatient.
