Pollsters and pundits may be ready to call the election for Governor Christie's successor over but according to a growing number of experts, it's too early.  Phil Murphy did win the Democratic primary as expected.  But his $20 million investment couldn't get him over the 50% mark.

Most of the state is essentially unaware of both candidates.  My friend, TV personality and political expert Steve Adubato joined me this morning to discuss.  We agreed is the race is a referendum on Christie and Trump, Murphy is the likely winner.  If the race is about taxes, pensions and spending...Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno has a legitimate shot.
