Northfield Tobacco Shop Raided For Selling Synthetic Pot
A Northfield tobacco shop was raided Tuesday for stocking brands of synthetic marijuana.
Northfield Police, Atlantic County detectives and the Drug Enforcement Agency raided the ACRAT tobacco shop on Tilton Road after several weeks of investigation according to WPVI. "Utilizing undercover officers, we were able to make several purchases of the compounds and substances from the store," said Northfield Police Chief Robert James.
There is concern about an increase in the number of reported cases in New Jersey of poisoning due to synthetic cannabis which is considered to be dangerous.
