ATLANTIC CITY (AP) — Workers armed with casino licenses in Atlantic City are in demand — just not in the struggling New Jersey shore town.

The Press of Atlantic City reports Renard International Hospitality Search Consultants is holding a job fair Thursday in Atlantic City for Saipan's Best Sunshine International Casino.

The new casino is opening next month on the island of Saipan in the South Pacific, nearly 8,000 miles away from the boardwalk. It's looking to fill at least 180 jobs for dealers, cashiers, shift managers and others.

Officials say the casino will pay for workers' travel to Saipan and back, provide health insurance, a meal on every work shift and free housing.

A similar job fair is scheduled next week in Las Vegas.
