Eagles fans are celebrating in Philadelphia, as the team punches its ticket to Super Bowl LII.

The federal government remains shut down Monday morning, as the U.S. Senate failed to reach a deal on a short-term spending bill.

Today is the start of a controversial plan that one New Jersey town has implemented to stop out-of-town drivers from using local roads to travel into New York City via the George Washington Bridge.
