This past weekend turned out to be not very nice on Saturday, although the rain tapered off to just spotty drizzle during the afternoon.  So, we had kinda the right idea that things would be tapering off.

Sunday wasn't too bad.  It was in the low to middle 50s.  The normal high now is 56 or 57, so we were a shade below normal.  A disturbance coming Southeast-ward from Eastern Canada and Upstate New York produced the rain overnight, which is ending.

We look for sunshine returning today with a gusty wind, that's for sure.  Temperatures will be no better than the upper 50s or the low 60s this afternoon.

Tonight, clear and chilly with many spots in the 30s, perhaps closer to 40 along the south coast.  Perhaps even some 20s in NW Jersey.

Lots of sunshine for Tuesday, at least overall, with temperatures reaching the 60s with a West-Northwest wind  fighting off any sea-breeze.  So there won't be a sea-breeze at the beach tomorrow.

There could be a Tuesday night or early Wednesday shower.

Wednesday should be drying out and improving.
