‘Manspreading’ – The latest ‘misdemeanor’ that will make you shake your head

Here's a new misdemeanor on the subways and other means of mass transportation that will leave you shaking your head in disbelief.   The new term is called "manspreading," and yes, this is now a "thing." It's also a thing that could get you a fine or even ARRESTED! "Manspreading" is apparently the ability by a man to offend others by spreading your legs too far on your seat on a train.

If we didn't have enough silly rules on the books, this may rank up there as one of the more ridiculous. Check out this news report about "manspreading."
