Here’s what I have on the dockets for The “Late Show” tonight:

Sen Bob Menendez is proposing a federal mandate making it a felony if you don’t report suspected child abuse…..do you think we need such a law…especially in light of what happened at Penn State?

The Confederate Sweat Shirt flap in East Windsor goes on….now the mother of the kid in East Windsor who wore the Confederate sweat shirt to school and was suspended,  is now suing the school wanting an apology, and a transfer out of the school.

The “Wayne Hills 9” football players who were accused of assault are still scheduled to play in their playoff game on Friday, and officials there have yet to make a decision?  Do you think they should get off their asses and make a decision, or do you think the NJSIAA should step in and make the decision for them.  If you were the coach, would you play them?

We have an issue in Lakewood. Some school bus drivers will have to work on Thanksgiving Day…most of them being women who work splits. They’re having Thanksgiving Day dinners, and still have to work, and as such, are not happy about it. Do you think they should have to work anyway? (This is similar to the story I told you about the other night about the Target employees that were pissed that the stores were opening Thanksgiving night at 10! Bastards!!!)

A group of sorority girls went in blackface as the Cosby Family for an 80’s themed party; and the university they attend put them on probation…..do you think that’s justified?

Do you feel the state is dragging its feet on implementing the medical marijuana program? Simple enough, no?

Do you find the custom Tim Tebow jersey with the name “Jesus” just above his number 15 to be offensive….some say it is. I say not so much!

In the “stupid is as stupid does” department, a teen driver from Easton faces marijuana charges in Clinton Township and the Pittstown woman who came to pick him up is charged with DWI. (You can’t make this stuff up!)

Still more school shenanigans….A teacher at Bayonne High is accused of smacking a girl on her butt and saying she’s pretty, and some kids think he’s just being playful.  Do you think he should be brought up on charges. Believe it or not, some of the students there are defending him.

And PETA is in the news as they’re targeting the Super Mario Brothers over a raccoon suit.

A las once esta noche!
