Is this Cumberland County town really the most redneck place in New Jersey?

A list was recently published ranking the most redneck places in New Jersey. The data used to create this list is questionable at best, but at least it creates a funny topic of conversation.

What town is number one? None other than Vineland. The reasoning? According to RoadSnacks.net,

Vineland has one of the lowest graduation rates in the state. And it’s two-thirds white. Since it’s by far the largest city on this list, and it’s considered part of what a lot of Jersey residents call the ‘Alabama part’ of south Jersey, it sure looks like a convincing win for Vineland.
