If you can’t handle a hot cup of tea, you shouldn’t be drinking it!

An Elmwood Park woman is suing a Dunkin Donuts after suffering burns from spilling a cup of hot tea. Could this have been prevented?

Well, duh! It's common sense people. If you receive a cup of hot tea, you should probably assume that it's very, wait for it, hot. This is yet another frivolous lawsuit that could have easily been prevented by simply using your brain.
