During my regular segment with Lt. Gov Kim Guadagno we spent most of the conversation answering your calls and helping people navigate through the bureaucratic maze of NJ government. Yesterday, I took the opportunity to ask her her thoughts on what I'm calling one of the worst potential boondoggles in Jersey, the $300 million state house renovation.

Not only did the cost estimate jump from the original $38 million number to $300, but there's been a complete lack of accountability and transparency. Senator Lesniak has brought up the bidding process and the lack of specifics on why it would cost $300 million. Kim made a great point during the show about letting private companies and non profits contribute the money to restore the state house to it's historical greatness.
