
Handicapped Parking Laws are Changing in NJ – What You Need to Know
If you’re a handicapped person parking in the designated spaces in New Jersey, you will soon have to have your medical condition re-certified every 3 years.
This is one of the changes to be announced today by Motor Vehicle Commission chief administrator Raymond Martinez during an event in Bridgewater. It’s all part of an attempt to curb fraud in the handicapped parking program
