Inez Sanchez agreed to drop her lawsuit Friday in state Superior Court in Paterson. The Record reports that in exchange, Powerball winner Pedro Quezada has agreed not to try and recover attorneys' fees from her.

Sanchez's lawyers argued last year that she was entitled to some of the estimated $152 million Quezada will receive after taxes because he purchased the winning lottery ticket based on the couple's shared earnings.

The lawyers said Sanchez and Quezada had lived together for 10 years, had a child and shared ownership of a grocery store, although they never married.
