The celebrity doctor saw the single-car crash happen Saturday night. Officials say he stopped his vehicle and ran to help.

When a Westampton Township emergency services crew arrived, they were surprised to find Oz already providing aid. They say Oz was very helpful, providing them with details about the patients' injuries and conditions.

The two people hurt in the crash were treated for minor injuries.

Oz's spokesman says there have been many instances where the doctor has come to the aid of injured or ailing people. In 2013, Oz rushed to the scene when a taxi jumped the curb and struck a pedestrian near his New York TV studio.
