Bill Baroni, one of the governor's top appointees,resigned last week, after he admitted that he did not properly communicate properly that several lanes leading to the George Washington Bridge were going to be closed due to a traffic study.

Governor Christie has said that he is ultimately responsible for what goes on and has taken responsibility even though he says he was not aware of this taking place.
