Dennis leaves his car running — Did he break any NJ laws?

There are many stupid laws in New Jersey, especially laws involving your vehicle. It's currently illegal to leave your car running, with a few exceptions.

So on a really cold afternoon after the show, I went to my car to get it warmed up before I left. It was below 25 degrees, had been parked for 3 hours, and returned 15 minutes later. Did I break any laws?

Technically, no, but "even if you keep your a** warm in New Jersey, there are rules."
