It seems like only yesterday when Superstorm Sandy hit. I remember following Governor Christie on air who came up from Atlantic City to do the “Ask The Governor” program because he realized how much we needed to hear from him in the special time of New Jersey crisis.

The next few days, weeks and months after the storm created a special bond between we here at New Jersey 101.5 and you that exists to this day. Apparently some were bonding more than others as hospitals in Monmouth and Ocean Counties are seeing a 20-30 percent spike in the number of babies born.

There is one particular baby that has gotten the most notoriety though and it doesn’t come from the Jersey shore, but rather St Mary’s hospital in West London. That would be Prince George Alexander Lewis. Just how exactly did Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton weather the storms in Great Britain? I'm not saying it as fact but I'm just sayin' with tongue planted firmly in cheek.  Had the newborn prince been named Sandy, this wouldn’t be so outlandish now would it? Again, just sayin'.

Do you know anyone who recently had a baby? What did they name it? Let us hear about it below.
