Spadea: Taxpayers shouldn’t pay for those in risky flood zones

The threat of another hurricane in New Jersey brings up the question of who should pay for the flood insurance of those living in high risk flood zones.

Should the federal government continue subsidizing flood insurance? As a taxpayer, do you feel any obligation to support people who continue to rebuild in low-lying areas?
