How many times have you heard the call for "Bipartisan cooperation" in Washington and in Trenton?  Why is that a good thing?

Seems to me when the politicians agree to "get things done" you end up with higher taxes and your quality if life doesn't necessarily go up.  How about we have the two sides battle it out and the one with the best idea wins?

The Republicans and Democrats in Trenton are now in agreement to raise the cost of your commute by dramatically spiking the gas tax.  If that's what cooperation means, then thanks you very much I'd prefer partisan fighting...at least then someone might be standing up for us.
