Burlington Bristol Bridge reopens after accident
The Burlington Bristol Bridge connecting New Jersey and Pennsylvania has reopened after an accident on the middle of the bridge.
Pictures of the accident show the two trucks involved were a pickup truck and a box truck on the two-lane bridge connecting Burlington and Bristol, Pennsylvania. The bridge was closed for about an hour.
The Burlington County Times reports the trucks collided head-on around 3:15 p.m on the Pennsylvania side.
6 ABC reports one driver was injured.
Drivers can use the Tacony-Palmyra Bridge or Betsy Ross Bridges as alternates to cross the Delaware.
