9 reasons to not vote for Phil Murphy (Opinion)

Two polls out, one as recent as Monday, show all rainbows and sunshine for Phil Murphy’s re-election campaign. The just-released Fairleigh Dickinson University poll shows Gov. Murphy with a 48% to 33% lead over former Assemblyman Jack Ciattarelli. Like that’s not bad enough news for the Republican challenger an earlier Rutgers-Eagleton poll had it 52% to 26% Murphy. In that poll an even more alarming piece of data might be that among independents, a group Ciattarelli absolutely needs considering registered Democrats outnumber registered Republicans in New Jersey by 2 to 1, Murphy still leads 39% to 29%.

Your vote is of course your business. But giving my take on things is mine. So I’m telling you what a mistake you’re making to give Murphy a second term. Want me to spell it out? Just off the top of my head here are 9 reasons to not vote for Phil Murphy.
