7 things you forgot about how great New Jersey is (Opinion)

We know all of the complaints: the taxes, the restrictions, the traffic. Blah blah blah.

How many times a year do you think, “I gotta get outta here!” Then, of course, this time of year when my weekly work routines are finally in full swing and I have one too many responsibilities on my mind. I start thinking about how great it would be to live somewhere else. Because..you know. The “Always Greener” thing.

We can all easily forget that are some really great aspects — joys even — of living in the great Garden State. Without sounding sappy, if you’re looking for a reminder of what’s so great about it, here are a few. And no, they have nothing to do with having a garden.

Next time you forget how great it is to be a Jersey resident think of these things. You will immediately be reminded of how lucky you are.
