A bill pending in the state legislature would open a loophole in one of the state's principal clean water protection programs and open the floodgates for pollution of the state's waterways.  That's according to report released by a coalition of New Jersey's 13 leading environmental groups.

The report finds that the measure would open 300,000 acres of protected land to developers.  That, in turn, would result in more than 339 million pounds of pollution entering waterways across the state.  How would it affect our drinking water?  What areas would be hit the hardest?  What would it mean for New Jersey?  You can get all this and much more if you tune in to my reports tomorrow with Dena Mottola Jaborska, Executive Director of Environment New Jersey.
