AAA is supporting proposals that would make stricter requirements before obtaining a driver's license. As parents who have taught our kids to drive, we recognize the frustration.

It can be very difficult to get teens to focus on the road when learning how to drive. With all of the distractions out there, is it time to toughen up on student drivers?
