Phatty was surrendered to the Ewing Animal Shelter when the owner could no longer take care of him.  He is a really great big orange cat.  We believe that he is an American Curl since his ears are curled back.  He is very unique and a rare gem. Extremely friendly and outgoing.

To learn more about Phatty or to schedule a visit, please email kitty@easelnj.org. Find more of EASEL’s adoptable cats, kittens here or download a PDF copy of the application form here.

Adopt Aiden

Aiden is exuberance personified. He's a people pooch with boundless enthusiasm. He gets along well with other dogs at the shelter, but really needs a great and patient home to call his own. He will try to dig his way out of a yard and could use some structure in his routine, but you'll never want for affection with him around.

Aiden is a young male who's neutered and up-to-date with routine shots.

To learn more about Aiden or to schedule a visit, contact Sammy’s Hope by email at info@sammyshope.org. You can download a PDF copy of the application form here or you can see more adoptable dogs from Sammy’s Hope here.

Adopt Bonnie

Sweet Bonnie was surrendered to the Edison Municipal Animal Shelter with her brother Clyde after 10 years and it’s very obvious that she misses being in a home.

Bonnie appears to be very timid because she just sits in her box looking out, but he truth is all you need to do is reach for her and she stretches her lovely neck and ducks her head to be pet.  With just a little coaxing, Bonnie is up on her feet begging for all the attention our volunteers are more than happy to give her.

Bonnie likes her toys too, especially the catnip pillow that she will rub all over and twirl around in her feet. Bonnie is front declawed but that doesn’t stop her from holding tight onto what she wants.  Bonnie loves people and misses being with her brother.  If at all possible, we would love to see Bonnie and Clyde go to a home together.  Clyde is listed here. There is something very special about the sister/brother bond.

Bonnie is spayed, up-to-date with routine shots and declawed.

If you are interested in meeting Bonnie or fostering or adopting her, email cats@sammyshope.org for more information. You can download a PDF copy of the adoption application form here or you can see more adoptable cats from Sammy’s Hope here.

Adopt Brooks

Brooks is a handsome young fellow.  We think he’s about 2 years old.  He did great on his first adoption outing, even walking the “runway” at a fashion show.  Brooks was friendly to all that he met, adults and kids alike.  He walks great on the leash, knows the sit command and takes treats very nicely.  Brooks is a very sweet dog looking for his forever home.

If you’re interested in learning more about Brooks, or to schedule a meeting, email dogs@easelnj.org. Find more of EASEL’s adoptable dogs, puppies here or download a PDF copy of the application form here.
