Recently NJ Legislators had a hearing to discuss "Banning the box," with "the box" referring to the box on an employment application that asks if you've ever been either accused or convicted of a crime.

Dennis and Judi were talking to people that had been in jail for one reason or another. None of the callers had done anything so wrong that they couldn't be reformed and the majority of them, after they paid their debt to society, went on to lead successful and fulfilling lives.

Do you think it's worth it to 'ban the box' and give a chance to someone who has been reformed after being in prison? Take our poll below and let us know what you think.
