Video Of Crash Opens Wrongful-Death Duck Boat Case [VIDEO]
Video played at the opening of a federal wrongful-death trial over a tour boat accident showed one of two Hungarian tourists killed in the collision threw a life vest to a deckhand who jumped overboard just before the crash.
Attorney Robert Mongeluzzi said 16-year-old Dora Schwendtner threw her own life preserver to the deckhand moments before the duck boat she was riding in was run over by a barge on Philadelphia's Delaware River.

The families of Schwendtner and Szabolcs Prem are suing the tour company and the tug boat operator, claiming unclear safety policies and ineffective training caused the deadly collision.
Attorneys for tug operator K-Sea Transportation and duck boat operator Ride the Ducks each blamed the other company Monday for causing the July 2010 crash.
