Temperatures in Teens Across NJ

New Jerseys are facing biting cold on the fourth day of the new year.

Wednesday morning temperatures are in the teens across most of the state and even 9 degrees in Sussex County.

The wind chill is making it feel like it's below zero or single digits.

Forecasters expect temperatures will return to the 40s on Thursday.
