In the past, we've featured plenty of videos, Facebook postings and sound bites of people quitting their jobs but never one quite like Ellen Rubenstein created from Illinois.    According to this article, Ellen Rubenstein was a teacher who apparently went back to school to become a teacher. Rubenstein cites the lack of being a "Yes man," and a "poor climate" as her reasoning for resigning.
