Should NJ Crackdown with Drivers on Cell Phones ? [POLL]

Eric Scott is filling in for Jim this week and was discussing a story from Guttenberg, where they have put a no-tolerance policy in place against drivers being caught talking on cell phones. The town has issued more than 45 tickets in less than a 2 week period.

Should all of NJ follow Guttenberg's lead? Is it time to crackdown and put serious fines behind the ticket for being caught talking on the cell phone while driving? What should be the penalty?
