Senator Mike Doherty Talks About Judges Contributing To Benefit
The Assembly is set to consider a measure that would allow voters to decide whether New Jersey judges should pay more for their pensions and health benefits.

A resolution due to be considered today clarifies the Legislature's authority to deduct benefit contributions from salaries. If it's passed by both the Assembly and the state Senate, it could go before voters in
November.
