Peyton Manning will apparently be trading the confines of Lucas Oil Field for the Mile High Air in Denver according to reports.

Citing anonymous sources, ESPN said that Manning  has instructed his agent Tom Condon to begin negotiations with Denver.

Is this the right move for the four-time MVP quarterback, though? Does Manning want the ultimate challenge? It sure seems like he does as he picked the most unlikely destination for him, especially since Manning has spent his whole career in a dome with the Indianapolis Colts, will now spend November and December months playing in the blustery cold conditions of Invesco Field.

The San Francisco 49ers as well as the Tennessee Titans (Manning played college ball at the University of Tennessee), both of whom are better suited to win now, were reported finalists for Manning's services.

Now that it looks as if Manning will sign with the Broncos, the question now begs what will happen to Denver's current quarterback Tim Tebow? Will Tebow be traded or will he serve as Manning's backup?
