A New Jersey shore community is getting ready for a private concert by a Grammy-winning band -- and it's all thanks to the efforts of an amateur videographer.

Sixteen-year-old Charlotte Nagy of Rumson spent two weeks in the dark after Hurricane Sandy but managed to shoot a before-and-after video that convinced the band Train to help the devastated nearby town of Sea Bright.

The concert is scheduled to be held next Wednesday and will raise funds for the charity Sea Bright Rising.

Nagy shot the 33-minute film beginning Oct. 27, two days before the storm hit the coastline. It begins with Nagy walking along the beach and shows the storm and the wreckage it left behind.

VH1 will air pieces of the video throughout Christmas Day.
