Authorities in northern New Jersey say they're going to conduct a sweep of synagogues within a 10-mile radius of the home of a suspect charged with firebombing two temples.

State and Bergen County police plan to search near 19-year-old Anthony Graziano's house in Lodi over the next two days for  materials that could be used in arsons.

Graziano was arrested this week and charged with firebomb attacks on synagogues in Rutherford and Paramus. He pleaded not guilty Wednesday to charges of attempted murder, arson and bias intimidation.

The Bergen County prosecutor's office didn't immediately say whether the sweep is the result of a specific threat.

Authorities say Graziano searched the Internet for synagogues that he could travel to on his bike.
