BURLINGTON CITY — Four people have been charged in connection with a string of robberies this month in two Burlington County municipalities.

The earliest of the three incidents occurred Feb. 5 when a Valero gas station on Burlington-Mount Holly Road in Westampton was held up by a black man, a white man and a black woman. The station attendant was assaulted, police said.

On Feb. 6 in Burlington City, a Chinese-food deliveryman said he was robbed at gunpoint about 10:19 p.m. at the Burlington Court Apartments on Route 130. The assailants stole the victim's car, later abandoning it on West Broad Street, police said.

On Feb. 9 in the same city, a masked man went into the Cornerstone Bank on High Street and handed the teller a note demanding money. Police said the robber, who was let into the bank by two accomplices, left without any money.

Westampton police said they nabbed Keith Collazo, 25, of Burlington City, after the gas station robbery and charges were later filed against Earnest Scott, 19, of Trenton, and Brianna Thomas, 23, of Camden, in connection to that robbery.

Westampton police say video surveillance shows the three suspects traveling from the Motel 6 in Westampton to the gas station.

Burlington City police later charged the same three suspects and resident Khadejah Randolph in the two incidents in their city.
