Medical Marijuana Is The Law In New Jersey, Or Is It?

If a tree falls in a forest and there's no one there to hear it does it make a sound?  If a medical marijuana law is passed in the Garden State and the Christie administration does everything it can to drag heels in full implementation, does a patient get any help?  This story is disturbing.  We're so much farther away from people in pain being able to get the relief they are now legally entitled to it's sad.  Bottom line, it is the law.

Let's stop the calculated stalling, pondering and fretting.  Allow it.  The dispensaries are sitting around waiting for red tape which clearly appears contrived.  Sitting around waiting to help people who need help.  If it is the law, get out of the way.
