Linden Trucker Accused Of Distributing Child Porn

Federal agents on Friday arrested a trucker at his Linden home on a charge of distributing child pornography.
Forty-five-year-old Richard Dabrowski is slated to make his initial court appearance in Newark federal court in the afternoon.

Prosecutors allege Dabrowski used peer-to-peer file sharing software to download and distribute child pornography videos and images on the Internet.

The charge carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 5 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

It's not clear whether he has a lawyer.
