The court suspended Judge Marquis Jones for four months without pay and ordered him to complete an alcohol-treatment program.

A complaint claimed the 53-year-old married father of two inappropriately touched five female probation officers and a female employee of a pub in Toms River during the party hosted by the Probation Association of New Jersey in 2010.

The judge, through his lawyer, said he was unable to recall what happened because he was intoxicated. Jones denied any "intentional, inappropriate" touching.

Jones earns $165,000 a year.
