I guess Superintendent Davino was among the 1% that thought this was a good idea.

I couldn't resist when I read this.

Last week, I supported Superintendent Davino's decision to ban Halloween costumes in school.  My feeling was that he was taking on something you knew was going to be unpopular, and appeared to stick to his guns on his decision.

And why not, after all, isn't the reason kids are in school is to learn?
Isn't that why we pay superintendents like Davino the big bucks...because they have to make tough decisions like this one?

Well.....I guess the 99% got their way! They rose up in opposition and demanded that their kids wear their Halloween costumes to school.

Alas, poor Mr. Davino, I thought I knew ye!
