The dance craze of 'TWERKING' has been in the news lately, especially since Miley Cyrus' performance at the MTV VMA's.If you're not familiar with twerking, it's been around for the better part of the last 20 years or so but it is defined as follows:

"Twerk, v.: dance to popular music in a sexually provocative manner involving thrusting hip movements and a low, squatting stance."
